PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE RENTING A VEHICLE FROM ALASKA KARAVAN RENTALS & ADVENTURE SERVICES LLC ("AKR"). BY BOOKING, ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF, OR OPERATING ANY RENTAL VEHICLE, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY ALL TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT PROCEED WITH YOUR RENTAL.

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all vehicle rentals arranged through Alaska Karavan Rentals & Adventure Services LLC ("AKR" or "We"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Alaska. AKR rents vehicles exclusively through peer-to-peer (P2P) platforms including, but not limited to, Outdoorsy, RVezy, and RVShare. In addition to this Agreement, renters are bound by the applicable platform's terms of service. Where this Agreement is more restrictive, it controls.

AKR operates in association with The Karavan Company LLC ("TKC"). AKR has an operating agreement with TKC and may utilize TKC's facility at 2433 North Post Road, Anchorage, AK 99501 for vehicle pick-up, drop-off, and related services.
